Buttery and flaky, you wouldn’t ever guess that these delectable wee pastries are both vegan and gluten-free! They're crisp and chewy, and packed full of flavour with our signature fillings (custard & raisin, chocolate ganache, almond marzipan). Simply follow the instructions to thaw and bake your pastries, and you'll be devouring them fresh out of the oven in no time!
Instructions: Keep in freezer until the day before eating. Remove from freezer one day before you plan to cook them, and place in the fridge to thaw. Half an hour before serving, preheat the oven to 220℃. Once oven is hot, place the pastries on a lined baking tray and bake at 220℃ for 6 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 180℃ and bake for a further 10-15 minutes (until golden brown). Remove from the oven and serve!
