Hot Cross Bun Workshop (Online)

We are so excited to bring you our next Charlie Mia workshop...

In our brand new ONLINE interactive course, we will be giving you all of the tips, guidance and ingredients to make your very own GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN hot cross buns! 

When you sign up for this course, you will receive a package in the mail containing our Charlie Mia Hot Cross Bun kit (makes 10 large buns), and an email containing the link to our live online workshop. This enables us to open up the workshop to the whole of New Zealand, so more of our community can join in the Hot Cross Bun fun! 

During the live workshop, we will have you mixing up your own dough using the Charlie Mia Hot Cross Bun kit, oil and water. Then we will show you how to mould your buns, decorate them, and (if you're up for a challenge) we will also give you a chance to try your hand at creating our specialty Easter Brioches...all just in time for Easter Sunday!
