What began as a passion for food, health and sustainability has grown into so much more…

Charlie Mia Connective has become a space of integrity, inclusivity and community all centred around supporting your health, inside and out.

Over the past few years we have built this community from the ground up. We have poured our heart into creating beautiful allergy-friendly foods for you, bringing them to markets and delivering them to your doorstep. We have shared our lived experiences as we work to create a space of learning and growth, one focused on cultivating health in all aspects of our lives: physical, mental, emotional, relational.

Our evolution has given us so much joy, and we can’t wait to bring you along on our ongoing journey. Come join us as we bring food, nutrition, natural medicine and movement together in our new CONNECTIVE space…

Naturopathy...

Our founder, Charlotte Verstappen, is a degree qualified Naturopath whose passion in life is giving people the tools and knowledge to create health in their own unique way.

Here at the Charlie Mia Connective we believe that an individual's health is a culmination of their emotional, environmental, physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing. By addressing each of these aspects and creating an in-depth picture of your overall health, we are able to support and guide you in your health journey.

Our online Naturopathic consultations are our way of providing individualised and comprehensive health support. We undertake a thorough case analysis to investigate the root cause of your symptoms, provide guidance on necessary testing, and create a customised health plan based on your personal health goals.

We address your nutritional needs, prescribe supplements or herbal remedies when necessary, and help you to identify lifestyle changes that may benefit your overall wellbeing.
